Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments
Detroit, MI
From both a design and construction standpoint, the Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments at Wayne State University serve as a model for future high-density student housing projects. This 11-story, 248,000-square-foot facility includes over 800 beds across a mix of unit types, offering modern, on-campus living for undergraduate and graduate students. Constructed using prefabricated cold-formed steel (CFS) wall panels and joists over a structural steel podium, the building’s modular design enabled rapid vertical construction while maintaining high levels of quality and consistency.
